students are encouraged to be as detailed as possible for this week’s writing assignments. Writing requirements include a minimum of 4 pages, APA 7th ed. format, and 3 references. 
Students will review 2 articles and write a 4-page essay sharing their findings, opinions and provide additional research on the chosen subject. Choose articles from academic and professional magazines, professional journals, and online resources which pertain to health, pubic and personal safety, and nutrition information. 
Students must list their sources in APA format and provide additional references with supporting details for their essay.
