Your Immersion Project culminates with dissemination of your findings. Dissemination is the last step of the research process. In general terms, this step may include publication of findings, posters at conferences, or presentations (which you focus on for this course). Especially for application in professional settings, dissemination can begin to bridge knowledge or experience gaps among colleagues.
For this Assignment, you will create a narrated PowerPoint (PPT) presentation about your immersion experience.
To Prepare

Consider the experiences and insights gained during your immersion experience that you would like to share with your Instructor and colleagues.
Draft the content of both the slides and the audio. Remember that your slides should contain brief phrases or sentences only; the majority of your content will be explained through your narration.
You may wish to refer to the support document in the Learning Resources for information on how to add audio to a PowerPoint presentation if you need assistance.

Submit a PPT presentation that includes the following:

A first slide that contains your name and presentation title.
An introduction to your selected culture and an overview of your experiences
Cultural factors (beliefs, practices, norms, historical experiences) that might impact human services work with people from this culture; you may also include changing beliefs or practices (e.g., among generations), if applicable
Insights you gained from completing the immersion experience itself that will inform your practice related to cultural humility and that could be applied to other cultures or situations
Pictures that show you engaging in your immersion experience with people from your selected culture (You must, however, obtain consent from individuals to appear in the photos.)

I was interested in studying the culture of the South Korean people as a result of the many travels I have done across the world. The South Korean people living in the US made me wish to get more about them in their native country. I have come across the South Korean people. Their traditions and more interest were droved because they have been silent despite the North Korea developing nuclear weapons, and they have even attracted many international friends. (Fedorenko, 2013) .Their behaviors in the US can be classified as friendly, respectful, hardworking, and they adhere to their culture like the incidences of leaving their shoes outside when entering a house. In my college, I also find most South Korean students in the US being friendly and liked by many. They are generally lovable and attractive to interact with .they are religious, and they pay close attention to their way of worshipping and despite the ever-changing social beliefs. It can be interesting to any individual wishing to visit the South Asian country for leisure or even studies. They also don’t talk when eating (Fedorenko, 2013). South Korean culture can be classified among the best globally based on the popularity and the way most civilized people are copying the same culture in their day-to-day activities. I have attended a meeting in Seoul. I was attracted by the South Korean delegate’s way of communicating and performing their duties (Yoon, 2019). The people’s movement and the way they behaved lead to curiosity and intentions if studying their culture. Again based on the opportunities I found in the city of Seoul, I aspire to work in that country in the future to exploit the opportunities present; hence was the main driving force in my choice of culture.
The dialogue was carried out in a one in one basic form of an interview. The interview or the dialogue is because I had prepared early in the questions I wanted to be addressed and I had got the right correspondent based on eh individual knowledge about the culture. My corresponded was well suited for the interview since he is a South Korean citizen, well me[learned and hence a chance to have the language barrier eliminated (Caspari et al., 2011). It is worth noting that the language barrier could be the reason for not achieving the tight and intended results. The dialogue went on very well with no worthy challenges. Based on the way the dialogue went on, it is important to understand the weakness and the strengths of the dialogue. To do that in future interviews, one can be in a better position to hit the right target and get the right results (Kim et al., 2016). I understood the need to create a positive rapport with the south Korean people so that it is possible to win their trust and make them comfortable by sharing their information note the importance of having prepared the q
